Kallogs is a boat rental service that operates off one of the quieter sections of the lake, in a great location for a small harbor. Calmer waters make local adventures off onto the waters a relatively calm and luxurious way to pass the time. However, he strictly warns all of his guests not to take his boats out into the deeper waters as he has no idea what kind of things might be in the lake and doesn't want to have to build or buy a replacement when you get yourself eaten out there. Boats rented from this location are fairly sizeable if also incredibly rickety.
Kagwei himself, the proprietor, is especially ornery and almost seems to prefer if you left more than you actually rented out one of his ships.
