[D6 EA] Still Feeling It

Raven wasn't an unusual sight in the medbay though it had been a while since she really needed thorough medical attention. She had supplied some stims to herself last night, but after waking up this afternoon she still felt some pain from that blast yesterday. Whiplash or something probably.

As she stepped in and didn't see any of the medics right away, she briefly considered looking through the supplies to do the job herself... then winced thinking of what the twins would do to her if she messed up their organized inventory.

Raven heard an erratic whistling sound coming from down the hall. It wasn't a tune she'd recognize but the sound was familiar to her as Lysa rarely hummed or whistled the same tune twice but she often filled the silence around her by making various sounds.

And sure enough a few moments later the bright explosion of color rounded the corner into the door.

When she saw Raven she smiled wide. She still bore evidence of the fight yesterday. Bruises on her arms and exposed midriff as well as various simple bandages covering cuts.

"Hey there Rayyyy how're ya feelin? That was one hell of a hit you took yesterday! Not too many could take a blast like that and keep on tickin but if anyone could it's my Ray-Ray."

Looking over her shoulder at first, Raven turned around to face Lysa as she entered. "I've had worse," she chuckled softly, thinking back to all the crazy fights those two got into on Kamda. "Doing well enough though, walking and talking. How'bout you? You look pretty beat up still. Guessing Jan's given you at least a look over once?"

Lysa gestured dismissively "Nah, Jan's busy and I take up too much of her time as it is. I've just been self medicating so far. I feel a hundred percent better than I did yesterday."

She took a breath in "Stilllll guess I figured I need to at least make sure nothing is permanent. Plus I got think Stims help fight infection."

"Hmmm, yeah, you're probably right about that," Raven agreed. She knew about tending to basic stuff, but infection was rarely something she had to think about for her limited knowledge of first aid.

"Been stimming myself up too, but..." she placed a hand behind her neck, "think that big blast gave me whiplash or something. Not the worst, but painful. Was thinking of taking a look around for something that could help, but I suspect either of the twins would get upset if I rummaged through their stuff here."
