While not a true faction like the others present here on Ti'rok, they do ultimately band together in these trying times as the collected force of all those vagabonds and wanderers. Many of the more prominent members of strength coming around Elmira the proprietor of the rest stop as a banner from which to source their strength. Among those at the rest stop the quickest way to draw the ire of those seeking refuge of the rest stop is to threaten her or her child. As one of the few locations with which the Rebuilders might seek resources or allies the tenuous relationship is one that is being granted some effort to maintain. Dredgen, of the Rebuilders, is the man at the center of these efforts to maintain good relations with the various underworld elements stranded here and Elmira herself. Though he and the woman have yet to speak directly, nor does she seem to know he yet exists.
